A timeless, stylish solution to Big Green Egg cooking
After years of making bespoke outdoor kitchens for clients, we have learned a few things. The biggest thing we have realized? We live in the UK, not California. Cupboard doors can blow in the wind, rain batters worktops, and cobwebs grow for the many damp months when BBQs go unloved.
So, we had a rethink and decided to strip the idea back to the core elements of an outdoor kitchen. Built around the large Big Green Egg, we decided to keep it simple, keep it strong, and do it well.

An outdoor chefs workspace
We wanted a strong, resilient and beautiful work surface for our BBQ unit, so we teamed up with the guys from Cast & Polish. They hand make the finest bespoke concrete worktops to order, allowing you to choose a colour and finish that complements your outdoor space.
To support the worktops, we’ve incorporated classic trestle style A frames, using three-inch seasoned prime grade Oak pegged together with traditional mortice and tenon joints. This timeless design allows natural wood movement, whilst maintaining structural strength.
